A trust-first site for a family water-treatment business

Acres West Water

Acres West Water has treated water for acreages around Calgary since 1989. It's a family business, based in Priddis. Most of its work comes from referrals.

Before

The old site still said "Power & Water." It was built in 2014 and celebrated the company's 25th year. It had no secure connection, and it gave power services equal billing with water.

What we built

We rebuilt the site in 2023 around one job: show a rural customer that this is a water company they can trust, then make the call easy.

• A water-only brand, leading with "est. 1989" and the family behind it.
• Seven service pages: water softeners, inline filtration, iron filters, constant water pressure, water pumps, reverse osmosis, and UV filtration.
• How-to videos that help customers look after the systems Acres West installed.
• Product brochures and manuals, a click away.
• The phone number at the top of every page, and a call button on phones.
• A secure connection and Google Analytics from day one.

After launch

We still host and manage the site and its email.
