About the app

What Achieve AI Email does

Achieve AI Email is an AI-powered email assistant for small and mid-sized businesses. After you securely connect your Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox, it reads your incoming messages, sorts them by what needs attention first, and writes draft replies in your own voice for you to review. Anything it shouldn't answer on its own gets flagged and left for a person.

Achieve AI Email accesses your Google account data solely to provide these features to you. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.

How it works

Three steps. About 20 minutes of your time.

Nothing to install, and no AI for you to train. We handle that part. You answer a few questions, and then we get out of your way.

1

Connect your mailbox

Gmail, Microsoft 365, or anything that speaks IMAP. You sign in once on your provider's own page, so your password stays between you and them. We never see it.

~5 min · OAuth
2

Hand us your context

Drop in your FAQ, your policies, your pricing, or a handful of replies you've already sent. We turn all of it into a knowledge base the assistant quotes from, and it tells you which document each answer came out of.

~10 min · Drag & drop
3

We tune. You review.

We run it in shadow mode for a day or two, drafting but never sending. You read a few, tell us what sounds wrong, and we fix it before you go live.

~5 min · Then we vanish
What it does

Routine mail gets handled. You get everything else.

We'd rather do six things properly than list forty of them here.

Drafts in your voice

The assistant learns from your sent folder, so replies come out sounding like the way you already write to clients rather than like a chatbot.

Three modes, your choice

In Draft mode we suggest and you send. Hybrid auto-replies to the easy categories you pick and drafts the rest. Full Auto handles both. You can switch whenever you want.

It knows what to hand back

A refund request over your limit, a legal question, a customer who's clearly upset: those get flagged and held for you. Everything else stays off your plate.

Knowledge base with sources

Upload your FAQ, your policies, your contracts, whatever you have. Every answer names the document it came from, so you can check it instead of trusting it.

Guardrails that hold

Some rules the AI can't talk itself out of. Pricing quotes, legal advice, and refunds above your limit come back to you, every time.

Real humans behind it

Something off? Reply to the email Josh sent you and we'll fix it. You're not filing a ticket into a void.

Security & trust

Your email is sensitive. We treat it that way.

We passed Google's OAuth restricted-scope verification on July 26, 2026, and completed a CASA Level 1 assessment. Not many products our size bother with either one. It cost us real money and several months, and what it buys you is that Google has looked at how we handle your mail.

Your mail is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every tenant is isolated from the others. Any time we touch your account, it shows up in your support log.

  • OAuth, not passwordsConnect Gmail or Microsoft 365 through their sign-in page. We never see your credentials.
  • Per-tenant encryption keysYour data is encrypted with keys that are never shared between customers.
  • Transparent support accessEvery time we sign in to your account, you see who, when, why, and what they touched.

Who this isn't for

If your inbox gets ten emails a day, you don't need this. If most of what you answer is legal or medical advice, the guardrails will route nearly everything back to you and you'll wonder what you're paying for. And if what you want is something that fires off replies with nobody watching, we didn't build that. Draft mode is the default for a reason.

FAQ

The questions everyone asks first.

Is the AI going to send emails I don't want sent?

Not unless you tell it to. The default is Draft: every reply lands in your queue for you to review before anything goes out. When you trust the results, you can move up to Hybrid (auto-reply on the safe categories you pick, drafts on the rest) or Full Auto. Full Auto-Reply is locked behind a 30-day trust-building period and a checklist, so by the time you flip it, you've seen exactly what it would have sent.

What happens to my emails? Are they used to train AI models?

Honest answer: it depends on the AI model tier you're on. On the standard plans, your emails are sent to a third-party AI model provider that may use them as training data per the provider's own terms. Achieve itself doesn't read your emails (every Achieve staff access requires a logged support session and shows up in your Support History), and we don't train our own models on your data. But the provider's training policy is theirs, not ours.

If you need a contractual no-training guarantee, regulated industry, sensitive customer data, competitive-intel concerns, we can put you on a different AI model that won't train on your content. It's a premium tier with custom pricing. Contact us for a quote.

The full data-handling story is in our Data FAQ.

Can I see what the AI is doing on my account?

Yes. Every reply, draft, flag, and pause is logged. Every time someone from Achieve signs in to your tenant (for support), you see who, when, why, and what they did, in your Support History. You can't delete those entries. That's the point.

What if it gets something wrong?

Pause it, which takes one click, then reply to the email Josh sent you. We'll usually have it fixed the same day. The tuning comes from real cases your business ran into rather than from made-up test data.

Do I have to use Gmail or Outlook?

Those are the easy paths. We also support generic IMAP, which covers Zoho, Fastmail, iCloud, and most custom mail servers. If you're not sure, send us your provider name and we'll tell you in a sentence.

What's the difference between mailboxes and users?

Two independent limits on every plan. A mailbox is an email address you connect to the assistant (like [email protected] or [email protected]). A user is a person who can sign in to the portal to review drafts, edit settings, or manage billing. They don't have to match up. On Team (5 mailboxes, 10 users), two teammates could split five shared inboxes, or five people could own one each, whatever fits your team. Disconnect a mailbox and the slot frees up right away.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel the monthly any time and we disconnect at the end of the cycle. Self-serve plans start with a 14-day free trial, and Managed plans carry the 30-day money-back guarantee described above. We don't run retention games and there's no exit fee.

See it on your own inbox, free.

I'll put together a free Inbox Audit for you: a one-page read on what email costs your team each week, plus a few replies drafted in your voice so you can judge the quality before spending anything. Nobody will call you about it.
